“I came by this afternoon and was delighted.  The girls in front were sweet and Sammie felt at home.  We did have an "experience" in Kansas (the humans don't know what happened) but the pug was not happy to return and cried each time.  When we visited today, Sammie was comfortable and the girls convinced me through their expertise on pugs and great people skills, that they were confident that Sammie would have a good stay.”

“I just wanted to let you know about my recent grooming and then follow-up with my veterinarian the next day. Deana usually grooms my Bichon Frise (Casper) and I am very happy with her work.  This last grooming, Patty groomed him in Deana’s absence and Casper still to this day looks like a wonderful giant ball of cotton.   The very next day after his groom, I went to B---- Vet to get his yearly physical and shots.  Dr. C was so impressed with how clean his ears were and the skills that your groomer used.  He asked me the name of the groomer and I told him that I thought it was Patty the last time…You might get a referral from him. All-in-all, thank you for the wonderful work that you all do.  With all of this rain, it is hard to keep a white dog clean for very long, but whatever Patty did – he is still fluffy a week later.  What did you do?  ArmorAll the pup?  LOL. Again, thank you for all your good work, and the vet noticed it too.”
